What is a Brow Lift?

Anti wrinkle injections are used to relax the muscles which drag down the eyebrows. This lets the arch float upwards, causing a physical lift of the brows.

Are there side effects?

There are very little side effects or complications associated with anti wrinkle injections. Redness is a common injection-related effect after treatment but is short lasting. Massaging or rubbing the areas treated is not recommended afterwards. Bruising can occur, but this is mild and again is short-term. To prevent bruising, we recommend you take Arnica tablets for one week leading up to your appointment. If a bruise does occur, we recommend applying topical Arnica cream to the affected area and to ice the treated area. It is wise to avoid strenuous exercise for up to 24 hours post- treatment.
